For an additional $15 charge you can have a last name added to any Cunha sweatshirt you purchase.
Please make sure to double check spelling. All last names will be in UPPER CASE letters.

Apparel pick up will be available at Cunha school in the front office. Ms. India will send a note to the student for pickup when the item becomes available.
Important: if ordering for someone that does not currently attend Cunha, please let us know in the "Add a Note" section at Checkout, and you will be notified by email when pickup at the school is available.
Last Name Personalization can take up to 10 school days or more - please know that additional time is needed to fulfill orders for this. We will try our best to get the finsihed product to the school in a timely manner, once the Hoodie is received back to us from our vendor. We are a volunteer organization.
